Dr. Gerald W. Perritt - President, CEO and Portfolio Manager - Dr. Perritt founded Perritt Capital Management, Inc. in 1987 and is the controlling shareholder. Dr. Perritt received a Bachelor degree in mathematics from Ohio University, his MBA from Xavier University and a Doctorate in Business Administration from The University of Kentucky. After a ten year college teaching career, Dr. Perritt became the first executive director of the American Association of Individual Investors ("AAII") and editor of the AAII Journal in 1981. He resigned his position with AAII in 1983 to start his own company, Investment Information Services, Inc. ("IIS"), a financial newsletter publishing company focused on small company investing. In 1987 he founded Perritt Capital Management, Inc.

Michael J. Corbett – Chief investment Officer and Portfolio Manager - Michael was first employed by Perritt Capital Management, Inc. in 1990 as a research analyst. He assumed portfolio management responsibilities in 1996 and now oversees all portfolios with Dr. Perritt, the firm's founder. Mr. Corbett became Portfolio Manager of the MicroCap Opportunities Fund in 1999, and the Emerging Opportunities Fund in 2004. Michael is a graduate of DePaul University in Chicago.
